Which tool should you use?
This section currently has one test: Typing Speed Test. Type real sentences for 30, 60 or 120 seconds and see your words per minute and accuracy as you go. In Korean the result is shown in keystrokes per minute and in Japanese in characters per minute, the way people in those countries usually measure typing speed.
To check the length of something you have written, use Word & Character Counter.
Frequently asked questions
Will more device tests be added?
Yes. Tests for keyboards, screens and microphones are planned, and each one is added once its page and testing are complete.
Is my typing recorded?
No. Only your best score is kept, in this browser’s local storage, so you can compare later attempts.
