Which tool should you use?
- Several files into one: Merge PDF. Drag files to set the order before you merge.
- One file into several, or just a few pages out: Split PDF, by page ranges or one file per page.
- Pages in the wrong order, or blank pages to remove: Organize PDF Pages shows thumbnails you can drag and delete.
- Sideways scans or wide margins: Rotate & Crop PDF.
- Photos of receipts or documents into a PDF: Image to PDF.
- A PDF page as a picture for a slide or a post: PDF to JPG/PNG.
Typical workflows
A common job is turning phone photos of a signed form into one tidy file. Shrink very large photos with Compress Image first, combine them with Image to PDF, fix any upside-down page with Rotate & Crop PDF, then add the result to other documents with Merge PDF.
All six tools read your file with JavaScript inside the browser tab. Nothing is sent to a server, so they also work for contracts, payslips and medical letters, and they keep working offline once the page has loaded.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Every tool runs in a normal browser on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iPhone.
Can these tools open password-protected PDFs?
Not yet. Remove the password in your PDF reader first, then use the tool.
Is there a file size limit?
There is no upload limit because nothing is uploaded. Very large files are limited by your device’s memory, so on a phone files above a few hundred megabytes may be slow.
